Stay in style in Minard Castle beside Loch Fyne. Our Scottish castle is a historic house dating from the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. Minard Castle offers bed & breakfast in an impressive ambience for just a few guests at a time. The comfortable bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, and one on the ground floor has a shower equipped for disabled guests.

Our entire bed & breakfast accommodation is located within the main building of Minard Castle.

Enjoy breakfast in the Morning Room and relax in the Drawing Room. Stroll in the grounds, walk by the loch, explore the woods, or use Minard Castle as your base for touring this beautiful area. Please note that there is no smoking allowed in the house. We do not provide evening meals but they are available within 5 miles. Minard Castle Bed & Breakfast is open from April until the end of October. We offer a warm welcome in our family home.

Prices

Bed & Breakfast prices are £60 to £70 per person per night for a double room, family room or twin room. Children under ten years old are charged at half price. Bed & Breakfast can be booked with a deposit of £20 per room booked for each night booked.

We regret to say that we do not accept pets in the house.

Minard Castle Bed & Breakfast is open from the beginning of April (or Easter if it is early) until the end of October, and bookings can be made at any time. In 2009 we re-open on Saturday 28th March.

During the winter we may have some bed & breakfast accommodation available, but we do not accept advance bookings. Please contact us the day before or on the same day to see if we have availability. We do not have any accommodation available over Christmas and New Year.

PLEASE NOTE: At Minard Castle we offer 4 star bed & breakfast for a small number of guests at a time. Minard Castle is not a hotel, so we do not offer lunches, afternoon teas or dinners. There is no bar, and we are not licensed to sell any alcoholic drinks. Minard Castle is a totally non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed in the house.
